About Me

I’m Jeffrey Ho, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) providing in-person and telehealth therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. My own 14 years in recovery have shaped the way I approach therapy, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges people face when working toward growth and change.

My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be holding them back. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood management, substance use, and relationship challenges.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University Northridge, and an Associate of Arts in Addiction Studies from Pierce College. I’ve worked with clients aged 12–40 in both outpatient and residential settings, including detox centers and college mental health programs.
